Patrick Graf - What I do
Less is more, focus on concrete business goals
Design as a service
Digital effectiveness is a methodology developed by specialists in visibility, user experience and content creation. It’s a strategic and creative approach developed over many years of collaboration on a wide range of digital projects in different fields.
We’ve observed that our customers often face similar bottlenecks and questions, particularly doubts about the effectiveness of their digital presence. The questions we receive tend to focus on recurring issues.
- Visibility on search engines.
- The quality of the traffic obtained.
- User behaviour on digital products.
- The potential for conversion.
- Autonomy in the use of digital applications.
- Autonomy in the creation of new content.
Challenging the traditional website model
This observation motivated us to create a methodology that goes straight to the essentials and enables us to create practical… and efficient digital communication tools.
It is certainly time to fundamentally rethink the design of site architectures and finally take the following observation into account:
No one has the time to visit your site, and even less time to memorise its content.
The challenge now is to design digital presences that respond quickly, effectively and uniquely to the intentions of your target audiences.
Offer the right content to the right audiences to increase conversions.
How does the methodology work?
Its fundamental principle is to avoid silos by involving all the teams concerned in a collaborative approach. The aim is to understand your different teams’ challenges (marketing, communications, business, digital, IT, etc.) and to bring them together in a single digital efficiency strategy.
The methodology is made up of 5 interdependent stages that will enable concrete objectives to be defined and implemented.
- Stage 1
-

- Define your priorities and the roadmap of actions to be taken.
